Lyndsey Kay
Lindsey Kay’s childhood years were filled with the frailty of existence and the
beauty of life, through her parents, who were a pastor and an obstetrician. From a
politically and religiously conservative background, her adult life has been spent
putting those early experiences into perspective with the world she's come to know.
Lindsey is the work-at-home mom of two miniature humans. Her writings are
primarily sci-fi/fantasy, with a few bolder attempts at portraying life as we know it
in the now.
She is currently seeking an agent.
Miranda Krebbs
holds a B.A. in Journalism and Public Relations. She manages her own design and
marketing company,
Lucky Lass Designs, which creates beautiful custom stationary
and promotes new businesses in her area. She is a single mom to two precious
children. Experienced in many areas of human suffering as well as joy, Miranda
writes about how the extraordinary events in her life have shaped her view of
existence and  believes that each day gives us a new experience to learn from and
share with the world through writing. A short story and poetry writer, she is currently
at work on her first novel. Visit her website at:

"We had nothing in common that didn’t matter and everything in common that did. What mattered to us
all were our families and friends, our integrity, our environment, our quests to be creative, industrious
           and useful."
----from Harlot's Sauce: A Memoir of Food, Family, Love, Loss and Greece
Ilias Kountoupis
holds a degree in International and European Affairs from the University of Piraeus.
He has worked as an editor of many  student publications and news portals and his
media talents had him working as communications consultant for several PR firms
and online ventures. Writing about everything from the internet to environmental
sustainability, technology and social justice, his work can be found at the Greek
female news portal,
Fe-mail, where he revises Greek showbiz news and raises many
eyebrows with his essays. Currently, he is working on his thesis,
The Impact of the
Internet on Social Movements.

Grace Bon
is the  mother of a daughter and a very chubby bunny and the wife of a kind and infinitely
patient man. She’s a bit of a geek in that she reads comics, sci-fi and long, epic fantasy
books. She love movies, playing video games, wasting time on the internet and
sending/receiving packages.  Grace is small and sloth-like, but probably meaner than you.
She also listens to better music than you. She knows most of the grammar rules, but
chooses not to follow them. She is, however, a spelling nazi.
Tony Hoffart

was a child who knew everything and he is tirelessly devoting his adult life to
gaining this lost, sublime knowledge back. To finance that quest, he works in the
oil fields of Northern Canada, with a laptop and an extra redundant internet
connection. His writing at
http://schoonerhelm.vox.com is his way to confirm his
interpretations of some of the more insightful bits he comes across.
Peter McCarthy
i
s of no fixed abode at present, travelling Oz and keeping an eye on the world for
when the Next G network is in range. He is married to Liz and is the father of
Andrew, Kathryn and Jennifer. He has no need of a "supreme being," happy to
appreciate beauty without blaming someone for it.  His mission these days is to add
his own little bit towards restoring democracy to the people and making politicians
accountable for their actions. By offering his quirky viewpoints, he hopes he will
encourage all that.

Snowy

will perhaps tell you why he's called that one day. His description of himself varies; one day
he’s an “aging Aussie,” the next, “a real grasshopper brain,” which his wife says is caused
by the onset of ‘big Al.' Snowy was an electrician for fifty years, but at the same time, a
husband, father, aspiring politician, dabbler in philosophy, observer of human nature and
the stupendous universe around us that is an unending source of fascination to him. He’s
learned not to take himself, nor anyone else, too seriously and invites you to join him on
his journey through life.
Michelle Solange
lives in Canada. She calls herself an "anachronism" as per her her favourite band, The
Dresden Dolls,
but apart from that, she is also a talented artist, poet, musician, photographer,
and tech wizard. But telling her so, says she, "only encourages misbehaviour." We are
pleased that she lends her many, many talents to this website and to her blog, which can be
found at
http://michelle-solange.vox.com
Charlotte Steggs
a celebrity look-alike, says there's a skinny woman living inside her, crying to get out, but she
can usually be silenced by good chocolate. Charlotte has achieved her life-long dream of being a
professional student. She says, "that's right - they're PAYING me to stay at university and do my
PhD." Ms. Steggs is engaged to a fabulous fellow. He and she both are owned by a fairly demented,
overweight cat.
Kirk Starr

dreamed of being an artist, despite his parents' insistence that, "an artist cannot eat the
fruit he paints." He ended up earning a B.A. in English and today is a professional graphic
artist and illustrator with a sincere appreciation for irony.  Kirk lives near Seattle with one
woman, two children, three dogs and some cats. His favorite authors include Michael
Moorcock, Neil Gaiman, Christopher Moore, Carl Hiaasen, Edgar Rice Burroughs, Edgar
Allen Poe, and HP Lovecraft.
The writers at Harlots' Sauce Radio are one example of the positive aspects of globalization. We have
never met. We live in different cities and countries. We are different ages and speak different
languages. Yet, we have bonded over a love of the earth and the drive to have a positive effect on
mankind.
